Organizations frequently use multiple leadership development assessments for a variety of reasons. Assessments may support other courses offered, be useful during development planning discussions, increase self-awareness during coaching, and enhance team development. During this session, we will discuss the advantages and challenges of a multi-assessment environment, and share experiences with research based assessments beyond the LPI®.
