After a degree in Hotel & Catering Management at Surrey University, she worked for 10 years with Whitbread, Bass and the Forte Group, gaining broad business experience in operations, communications, senior management and franchising. Helen worked for 10 years in business consulting with Tom Peters Company, UK as a TLC Certified Master and Partner, before co-founding Quest Leadership in 2007. During her consulting career, Helen has worked at all levels, with individuals and teams, to facilitate personal development and world class business results.

Graham Moore

Graham Moore, Certified Master based in the Middle East, is a former television drama and feature film producer. Creating stories was at the core of what Graham did for 17 years. He now utilizes those skills in keynotes and workshops for The Leadership Challenge.

David Bitterman

Certified Master in Training, The Leadership Challenge®
David Bitterman currently serves as the Deputy Director, Leader Training Center, Army Medical Department Center and School, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. In his current role, he oversees curriculum development and delivery of professional military education to Army Medical Department Officers. David retired after 30 years of service to the U.S. Army in 2015, and served as a Health Care Administrator and leader of many organizations, to include Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army Medical Command. Over his long career, he was awarded many military and civilian awards and honors. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Davis, a Masters of Health Administration from Baylor University, and a Masters of Strategic Studies from the Army War College. David Bitterman is a Certified Master in Training for The Leadership Challenge Workshop, and is part of a team that annually trains over 1,000 Army Medical leaders in the 30 behaviors of exemplary leaders.

Jeffrey Haun

Certified Master, Leadership Coach
Mr. Jeffrey D. Haun is a Leadership Instructor at the U.S. Army Medical Department Center and School and Assistant Program Manager for the Army Medical Department Executive Skills Program. Mr. Haun retired from the U.S. Army in May 2011 after 30 years of service attaining the rank of Colonel. During his 30-year career he held formal leadership positions for 27 of those exciting years to include two deployments as a commanding officer (CEO) of medical units to Iraq (2003) and Afghanistan (2006). He culminated his military career as the Director, Leader Training Center, at the Army’s Medical Department Center and School. During this assignment his department was responsible for the military education of all medical department officers to include leadership development.

As a result of his passion for leadership, Mr Haun returned to government service as a civilian employee to teach, coach and mentor leadership to the future leaders of the U. S. Army’s Medical Department. Since his return the department has conducted numerous in-house two-day workshops and exported the workshop to several Army hospitals and medical organizations throughout the United States. These workshops have exposed over 5000 Army medical officers, non-commissioned officers, and civil servant employees to the Leadership Challenge® experience.

Mr. Haun’s practical experience in leadership coupled with his involvement with the Leadership Challenge® allow him to follow his heart and continue to contribute to the leadership development of the next generation of U.S. Army Medical Department leaders.

Jody Rogers

Certified Master & Certified Leadership Coach
Dr. Jody R. Rogers is a Visiting Professor in the Graduate Program in Healthcare Administration at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and a former Professor at Baylor University. He is a Board Certified Healthcare Executive, a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and has over 40 years of healthcare experience. Dr. Rogers has a Bachelor’s of Science in Medical Technology and Biology, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Boston University and a Master’s Degree from the U.S. Army-Baylor University Graduate Program in Health Administration. His Doctorate is in Health Services Research, Policy, and Administration from the University of Minnesota.

Dr. Rogers served for over 23 years in the U. S. Army, retiring in 1999 as the Director of the U.S. Army-Baylor University Graduate Program in Health Administration. Since his retirement, Dr. Rogers teaches leadership, strategic management, and professional development at Trinity University. He also serves as the Program Manager, Executive Skills Branch of the Leader Training Center, Army Medical Department (AMEDD) Center and School. Dr. Rogers is a faculty member with the American College of Healthcare Executives speaking nationally and internationally on the subject of leadership in healthcare. He has recently been designated as a Certified Master Facilitator for The Leadership Challenge, an industry leading book on Evidence Based Leadership.

Dr. Rogers’ primary expertise is working with aspiring leaders from all industries to discover their personal leadership skills. Self-awareness is a critical aspect of leader development. He uses his passion for leader development and his servant-based leadership style to encourage leaders to explore why they want to lead. Leaders who clearly understand the why of leadership are more inspirational and engender greater loyalty among colleagues.

Roxanne Kaufman Elliott

After a successful corporate career, Roxanne Kaufman Elliott founded her leadership development firm, ProLaureate Ltd. in 2005 and has been working with TLC materials since 2008. Steve Coats is a managing partner and owner of International Leadership Associates, a leadership development education and consulting firm. Prior to ILA, Steve had sixteen years of experience with AT&T, where he led a National Account Team and provided leadership and executive development and consulting.

Steve received his MBA in Executive Management from North Texas University, and completed an executive program in technology and innovation at the Wharton School.

Kelly Ann McKnight

Kelly Ann McKnight is a personnel development professional who focuses on bringing innovative tools to her clients. Her business thrives because of her ability to assess the needs of clients, and design programs to develop appropriate skills and abilities. Kelly Ann provides consulting services, training workshops and executive coaching. She tackles leadership and management development, behavioral profiling and team building. Fred Jacques is a leadership educator and organizational consultant with over thirty years of experience in both the public and the private sectors. Her research was recently highlighted in an article called, “Millennial Myth-busting: A quest to understand what millennials really think about leadership.”
